Some things that I’d like you for the Dengro integration
 
1. When I see an existing patient (when using Dentally) and they express an interest in a treatment I want to be able to create a lead on Dengro by pressing a prompt on Dentally - he prompt should include what treatment the patient is interested in and when that lead should be chased up again.
It is frustrating that with the current integration I have to create a new lead on Dengro by manually adding all the data. It is only much later when the patient is ready to book an appointment for the treatment that I can sync the data - this is too late.
 
2. When a new lead is captured by Dengro there should be a prompt or message on Dentally to tell the reception team to look at it.
The receptionist’s attention is generally on Dentally and not Dengro so leads would be followed up much more quickly if this was to happen
 
Does anyone share these frustrations or have any ideas to work efficiently between the two systems??
