Is anyone signed up to Dentally Vision and the AI software. What is your experience with it?

@Emily Bendelow would be great if you could share you experience so far with the new AI tool.

Gladly! I truly believe this addition is integral to improving both clinician and patient communication. It genuinely enhances and adds significant value to the patient experience, which has led to an increase in treatment sign-ups. Although it was an easy decision for me from the start, I must say that now, post-launch, it has exceeded my expectations. Introducing new systems to clinicians can always be a bit challenging at first, but the benefits we’ve seen so far make the effort more than worthwhile!

Thats good to hear @Emily Bendelow

What are you using on it apart from the regular radiographs. Any IO cameras, 3D imaging  / scanning etc?

@Richard Bazlinton just that really. We have managed to get our OPGs linked up but unfortunately our CT’s are not compatible.

In terms of IO we’re very Itero heavy which of course can not be integrated but we personally prefer this and probably won’t look to change this.

Early days for us, we have Vision & AI running, on intra oral, OPG and using intra oral camera.

Working through some queries for using it, just because its different, so usual challenges with adoption but they are all now using it and no more lost xrays on computers not being uploaded which is a massive plus.

AI is being used as a second opinion to spot early issues forming in the main so far, builds trust with the patient.
