Is anyone else experiencing issues with the task reminder messages that Dentally automatically sends to patients? They’re not working perfectly for us but costing us.

After doing some research, It sounds like the issues with the task reminder messages might be linked to using the older iPad app. The newer Concierge setup does allow patients to sign consent forms chairside and is designed to handle these workflows more smoothly. I know switching systems can be a pain, and I’ll check in with the Product team to see if there’s anything else going on here that could help.
If you’re already using Concierge alongside the older app, it might be worth fully transitioning to the newer system as it’s built to replace the old app and should make things much easier in the long run.
