Hi everyone,

We have seen reports that a few Community topics refuse to open and instead show a permission error or a blank screen. Our team is on it and is already working on a fix.

What you might notice

  • Clicking certain topics gives a “something went wrong” message

  • Some links lead to an empty page instead of the expected discussion

  • You may not find any questions when you click on a category such as “Practice Management”

We will keep this thread updated as soon as we have news. Thank you for your patience while we sort things out.

Update – 23 July 2025, 17:10 BST

We have rolled out a temporary fix that re-applies the missing role permissions. All Community posts should now be visible and load normally.

Our team will keep monitoring the platform while we work on a permanent patch. Thanks for bearing with us!
