We have seen reports that a few Community topics refuse to open and instead show a permission error or a blank screen. Our team is on it and is already working on a fix.
What you might notice

Clicking certain topics gives a “something went wrong” message

Some links lead to an empty page instead of the expected discussion

You may not find any questions when you click on a category such as “Practice Management”
