Would it be possible to have the “template notes” button in the text boxes when creating an estimate? (body, footer, payment terms) this would allow addition of treatment specific consent information text to be added to estimates with a few shortcut keystrokes. Would massively streamline getting relevant consent from a signed estimate.

Thanks for the great suggestion! I can see how that would help streamline adding treatment-specific consent information.
As a workaround, you can create custom estimate templates with pre-filled content, including consent wording. When generating an estimate, you can select a template and tweak it as needed for the patient. This lets you quickly add relevant details without manually typing them each time.
That said, I really like the idea of making this process even smoother, so I’ll pass this on as a feature request to our Product team. If there are any updates, I’ll be sure to share them here!
