So when I’m bulk editing patients to cancel days and such, I get a preview of the message being sent when its via SMS or Email but not when its by letter. Am I doing something wrong or can this feature be added? The system is cancelling the wrong appointments sometimes

Thanks for your question! Currently, when bulk editing appointments in Dentally, you can preview messages for SMS and email, but not for letters. This means there’s no built-in feature to see a preview of the letter before it’s sent out during bulk edits.
