So when I’m bulk editing patients to cancel days and such, I get a preview of the message being sent when its via SMS or Email but not when its by letter. Am I doing something wrong or can this feature be added? The system is cancelling the wrong appointments sometimes 😱

Thanks for your question! Currently, when bulk editing appointments in Dentally, you can preview messages for SMS and email, but not for letters. This means there’s no built-in feature to see a preview of the letter before it’s sent out during bulk edits.

 

I understand how important it is to ensure that the correct information is being sent, especially when managing multiple appointments. I’ve shared your suggestion with our Product team to consider adding a letter preview feature in bulk editing. In the meantime, to minimise errors, you might consider double-checking the selected appointments and the corresponding letter templates before sending them out.
