Top 3 tips to make life easier x

Something I say to every site I work with and potentially the most important thing sites can do is Pre-book your patient's next appointment before they leave, this will not only save your team so much time long term but it creates a streamlined patient journey which prompts preventative dentistry and overall patient retention.

@EamonnOMeachair, @Esther Egan & @RegentStreet85 perhaps you could give Naazi a few tips that you’ve picked up along the way.

Explore the dentally academy, lots of good learning track you can access at your pace and when it suits you!
Also the broader team can do sections that suit them eg clinical or reception focused

Hi Naazi

Absolutely do prebooking.

We are a 7 surgery practice and as the patient comes down from their exam we always book the next one in, then be tweaked slightly if needed. This way, we have peace of mind the book is going to be full in 6 months but also that the patients who are paying a monthly fee are getting an appointment.

We also try to do the same with treatments, book them as a patient comes out of surgery. If they dont know their diary then we ask them to pop on to the portal to book.
