Getting started
Ready to create a smooth patient experience with Concierge? Here are some steps to get you started:
- Make sure yourĀ tablet device will support ConciergeĀ ā youāll need either anĀ Apple or Android deviceĀ with theĀ latest device software installedĀ to download and run the app
- Set up your tablet device byĀ pairing it with Dentally using our guide hereĀ - make sure you have access to your tablet and your normal computerĀ at the same time
- When prompted toĀ add a pairing code, remember itāsĀ unique to youĀ and youāll need toĀ type it exactly as it appears
- You can pair as many devices as your practice needs - and edit or delete paired devicesĀ from the āDevicesā pageĀ at any time
- Familiarise yourself withĀ what the patient will see when they use ConciergeĀ in the practice so you can answer any questions they have
Once your device is set up,Ā youāre ready to start using Concierge in your practice!
